- Gift cards or promotional items.

4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
